We provide a free in-home consultation to determine your personal preferences, nutritional needs and dietary goals through a personal interview and food questionnaire. We answer any questions you may have.

We have a look at your kitchen to review with you the available facilities, equipment and appliances. After the interview we prepare your customized menu. Upon your approval, we set a cooking day and collect payment for the services agreed upon.

On the cooking date, the shopping is done and we arrive with all the necessary equipment and pantry items to prepare your meals. Safe food handling procedures are strictly adhered to.

Your meals are prepared, cooled and packaged for the fridge or freezer with explicit instructions for reheating and serving at your convenience. Your kitchen is left spotlessly clean and sanitized. All you have to do is come home and enjoy delicious dinners any night of the week.
